IZO Capital is a rental housing lending platform. The brand is anchored in the dynamic typography of its logo. The simplicity of the glyphs serves to emphasize the unique Z, constructed from stylized arrows, that represents the meeting of and exchange between lender and client, relating the linear letter I to the radial letter O to communicate IZO’s role in enabling comprehensive, rather than 1-dimensional, development strategies. In addition to the logo, a full set of charts and graphics were created for a company profile presentation, and digital templates were created for stationery and presentations.
